Group Start Dates
Segment I. Adolescent Mindfulness Shift Group
Start Date: Mid-September (Tuesdays time TBA)
This is meant as a required 6 week intensive introduction to DBT & Mindfulness
Segment II. Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents
20 Week Program Four 5 week sessions
- Mindfulness & Distress Tolerance
- Mindfulness & Emotion Regulation
- Mindfulness & Interpersonal Effectiveness
- Mindfulness & Walking the Middle Path: for Adolescents and Parents (sessions held separately)
Segment III. DBT for Adults
Will begin with an exploration of Mindfulness then move into
- Distress Tolerance
- Emotion Regulation
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
